Ms. Susanna Coghlan
Director of Training
AAA Director of Training, Susanna, has been working in professional development training in Cambodia for the past three years. She regularly presents workshops on time management and office efficiency as well as variety of communication skills. She is an experienced presenter at a national and international level.
Susanna has a background in Sales and Business Development. She has worked in publishing in Ireland and Cambodia on a professional and voluntary basis. In addition to writing several of AAA’s training manuals, Susanna is co-editor of two resource books for educators and information professionals published internationally.


Mr. Curran Hendry
Director of HR Services
Curran has extensive experience in business development with regional and multinational organizations. Capitalizing on his undergraduate studies at Harvard University, Curran has been successful in working closely with companies on Business Operations and market expansion strategies to achieve maximum staff efficiency with measurable results. His drive, intelligent initiatives, and thoughtful insights have contributed immensely in shaping AAA Cambodia Ltd. into one of the leading service providers in the HR industry.


Mr. Andrew Tackitt
Director of Business Development
AAA shareholder Andrew Tackitt has been influential in shaping and structuring the development AAA since its inception in 2002. Following his graduation from Charlestown University with a degree in Business Administration and a specialization in Finance, Andrew has built a successful career in the competitive world of US real estate. Leveraging his extensive real estate experience with his knowledge of international markets, Andrew provides strategic guidance and direction to AAA to secure our on-going commitment to meeting international business standards and expectations.


Mr. Peter Williams
Training and Development Specailist
Peter Williams is an internationally qualified training consultant, project coordinator, and IT trainer. He has been awarded qualifications from a number of UK based training providers as well as the City & Guilds of London Institute. He is skilled in developing and implementing customized, targeted training programs and initiatives to meet needs identified during the assessment phase. Peter has delivered training courses in a broad spectrum of professional and personal development programs as well as providing guidance to other training and development instructors and coordinators.
He is a positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, complemented by the ability to naturally lead, motivate, and guide people toward set goals.


Dr. Katry Rain
Training Specialist
Dr. Katry Rain has been teaching communications skills at universities and in the corporate sector for more than twenty years. He has lived and worked in the US, Australia, Japan and now Cambodia. Drawing on his own professional experiences of coping with cross cultural communication, Katry encourages trainees to look beyond the verbal and to see mastering the entire communication process as instrumental in business success. One of the greatest rewards of training, he believes, is the satisfaction of knowing that the skills you students learn will help them not just professionally, but in all areas of their lives.


Ms. Wendy Lucas
Customer Service Consultant
Ms. Lucas is an innovative and outgoing restaurateur with more than 25 years of experience. She currently owns and operates one of the most popular fine-dining restaurants in the city of Phnom Penh.
She has developed and published numerous customer service manuals and handbooks for use in her popular training workshops. Her training style is energetic and affable, completely focused on the objectives, always delivering results.


Mr. Chris Chipp
Training Specialist
Formerly Country Director of G4S Security Services, Chris has over 30 years experience building and leading highly effective multinational teams in both the Northern and Southern hemispheres. Leading business growth and development for premier security firms in the US and internationally, Chris has worked with customers on all levels to build successful business partnerships based on trust and mutual benefit. An enthusiastic, insightful, and motivational trainer with strong influencing skills, Chris drives others to achieve the highest levels of performance.


Mr. Michael Morrell
Training Specialist
A highly motivated self starting individual, Michael brings energy, commitment and professionalism to every project he undertakes. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications.
Michael’s experience as an owner and operator of a busy New York based restaurant for over two decades has equipped him for a wide range of management challenges. Clear communication skills, the ability to perform under pressure and to build relationships with staff at all levels have been critical to his success. Most of his professional life has been spent on training and developing these skills in his staff and co-workers. Michael now delivers training to professionals at all levels to develop their ability to meet the high performance demands of today’s corporate workplace.


Mr. Brandon Davis
Training Specialist
Brandon’s professional experience stretches across the spectrum of customer focused activities. As a marketing professional in the broadcast industry, Brandon developed and implemented activities to attract customers. His subsequent experience in hospitality and tourism management enabled him to focus on strategies for exceptional customer service, as well as retaining customers and repeat business. Brandon is also an experienced language instruction professional.
In all his training sessions, Brandon stresses attention to detail as key to business success. His teaching style is direct and to the point, driving trainees to achieve the highest standards in all work they produce.
