Executive Coaching

AAA Executive Coaching provides an individualized and customized service. Because the coaching and learning that occur are uniquely tailored to the individual, the process can differ for each executive and manager. The coach and client work together to design a unique coaching process that will create the desired positive outcome.
AAA Executive Coaching understands that the foundation to creating the best coaching relationship includes:

The coaching process also involves talking, listening, feedback, discussions, perspective, validation, teaching, communication, solutions, planning, structure, exercises, strategies, and resources.
At AAA, our services take place via telephone, email, and include in-person sessions as well.
Your results will depend on your commitment, perspective, and circumstances, but most clients report improved performance within four to six weeks. To make long-term, sustainable, positive changes in behavior, it’s important for the client to make a serious investment and commitment in his/her own professional development. Coaching relationships often continue for six to twelve months due to the time required for changes to take hold within the client.

THE COACHING PLAN

Each coaching plan includes the development of clear objectives and goals for the coaching process. The phases of the plan are as follows:

Phase 1 – Identify developmental objectives and goals for the person to be coached. This involves creating an overall strategic direction and game plan.

Phase 2 – Discuss and share these objectives and goals with the coachee so that expectations are clear and defined. Create buy-in for the executive coaching process through commitment and dedication to the desired outcome.

Phase 3 – Create an overall game plan that establishes goals and an action plan for the coaching process. This personalized action plan is necessary for long-term behavior change and sustainability.

Phase 4 – Conduct coaching sessions and interact via email between the scheduled sessions so the executive/manager feels supported and guided in making the desired changes.
