At AAA we believe that learning is a process rather than an event. Our training programs offer a dynamic action-learning process for developing critical professional skills.
Starting with a detailed training needs analysis, we will develop a training program specific to your organization. Based on your needs and objectives, we will build in activities that help make training turn into on-the job performance.
AAA’s participatory training methods ensure that all trainees play an active role in the training process, learning to work collaboratively to improve operational strategies and find solutions to workplace challenges.
AAA follows a four part structure for all its training programs:
AAA facilitators have ‘real world’ businesses experience and are ‘results oriented’ performers in their fields of expertise. They have a proven track record of successful training and consulting, turning classroom learning to workplace success.
Feedback will be provided to your organization on any staff participating in our programs. Each participant’s skill level will be evaluated and benchmarked through individual and group exercises. Individual reports will be given to each participant following the completion of the training.
